We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Laghetto with a breathtaking view. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Vale dos Vinhedos. The staff, especially Marcelo, was incredibly helpful and provided a well-organized binder of activities and restaurants. The wifi was reliable and there were plenty of outlets. The cafe in the lobby served excellent coffee. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean with stunning views of the city. The staff were helpful and made transportation to the wineries in the region easy. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, offering plenty of options to keep myself and my kids entertained.

The hotel room was clean and tidy with a great view of the area from our window. The staff was courteous and always offered to help us with our needs. The hotel was located very close to some great restaurants and shops, which made it easy for us to go out and explore the area. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of dishes to choose from.

while the bathroom was spacious, it was quite cold and lacked a proper heating system. The soundproofing of the room could have been improved, as we could hear the noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The bathroom was large with sufficient counter space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was impressive with a range of options. The hotel had excellent facilities like strong free Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

The elevators were slow and during my stay, one of them was out of order.
